In the event of adverse weather—such as heavy rain or strong winds—the tour may be canceled in accordance with legal safety regulations. If this occurs, participants will have the option to reschedule for a later date or receive a full refund.

RULES & CONDITIONS

A) GENERAL RULES
Activities organized by AquaQuest are open to individuals who are mentally and physically

Participants must:
– Follow the instructions of the guide or group leader at all times.
– Wear a life jacket throughout the activity.
– Understand and accept the inherent risks, including sun exposure, unpredictable sea and
weather conditions, physical exertion, and environmental factors.
Medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions must be disclosed to the company
representative upon arrival, even if not directly related to the activity.
Participants under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who
must also sign the declaration form. AquaQuest reserves the right to refuse participation to
any underage or unfit individual.
Anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior may be excluded from the activity by the
guide.
By signing this form, participants give permission for their name, image, or video to be used
for promotional purposes, without compensation or liability.

B) PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

AquaQuest reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the program for safety reasons,
such as natural disasters or extreme weather.
Activities may also be canceled due to strikes or other uncontrollable circumstances.
Whenever possible, an alternative program will be offered at no additional cost. If no
alternative is available, a full refund will be issued.

C) CANCELLATION POLICY

– Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 5 days of the activity will not be refunded.
– Service fees are non-refundable.

D) LIABILITY WAIVER
Participants take part in activities at their own risk and acknowledge full responsibility for
any injury or damage that may occur.
By signing, the participant (or their guardian) agrees not to hold AquaQuest liable for any
harm, provided all safety measures have been followed.

DECLARATION

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the above Rules and Conditions, and I fully
accept them. I confirm that I am in good physical health, know how to swim, have not
consumed alcohol or illegal substances, and voluntarily wish to take part in this activity.
